Wine List
BADEN
Baden is the southernmost of Germany's wine regions, located
in the famed "Black Forest " area. About 23% of the vineyards
are planted in Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), a red grape variety,
which is used in Spätburgunder Weissherbst, a popular rose.

NAHE
The Nahe wines have a clean, racy and fruity taste that is in good balance with their
acidity. The one characteristic that distinguishes these wines from the other wine
regions is the high mineral content in the soil which gives these wines an added
dimension in taste.
