- Pork Roast (Boneless Porkloin with a brown sauce)
- Bavarian Round Roast (Eye of the Round Beef with a brown sauce)
- Pork Roast with Cream Sauce (Porkloin with a light cream sauce)
- Beef Pepper Roast in Wine Sauce (Eye of the Round slightly spicy)
- Pork Roast with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce (Porkloin with mushrooms in cream
sauce)
- Sausage Mixed Plate (One choice of Bratwurst plus one Wienerwurst)
Also choose:
Either Sauerkraut or Red Cabbage, plus Mashed Potatoes, Fried Potatoes or Potato Salad. Also, Soft Drinks are included.

A check for $50.00 is required as a Down Payment at least 8 days prior to the luncheon. The down payment is "Non Refundable". This is strictly to cover food costs. Final count of people attending, as well as break down of chosen dinners has to be called no less than 7 days in advance of the luncheon. Minimum total price of luncheon will be based on the number of people that was called in 7 days prior. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
