VEAL
CORDON BLEU (Berlin Style)
Ham and Swiss cheese surrounded by tender veal which is seasoned, breaded and panfried. Available Tuesday through Thursday only.
WIENER SCHNITZEL
Tender cuts of veal which are seasoned, breaded and panfried.
SCHNITZEL with HAM and CHEESE
Four ounce cut of top round veal seasoned, breaded and panfried and topped with ham and Swiss cheese.
Also available in an 8 oz portion          
WIENER SCHNITZEL (Black Forest Style)
Tender cuts of veal which are seasoned, breaded and panfried and topped with a Chanterelle Sauce.

BEEF TENDERLOIN
SCHNITZEL with CREAM SAUCE
Medallions of beef tenderloin seasoned, charbroiled and smothered with a sour cream sauce.
Also available in chicken or pork, grilled or breaded and panfried
JÄGER SCHNITZEL (Natur)
Medallions of beef tenderloin seasoned, charbroiled and topped with a brown mushroom sauce.

SCHNITZEL with BUTTERED MUSHROOMS
Medallions of beef tenderloin seasoned, charbroiled and topped with butter sautéed mushrooms.
PARISER PFEFFERSTEAK
Medallions of beef tenderloin seasoned, covered with ground peppercorns, panfried in unsalted butter and topped with a flamed wine sauce. Available Tuesday through Thursday only.
MIXED FILLET STEAK PLATE
Medallions of beef tenderloin prepared with three different toppings, sautéed onions, Swiss cheese and herbal butter. Seasoned green beans and red cabbage are also included with this meal.

BONELESS PORKLOIN
ZIGEUNER SCHNITZEL
Tender cuts of porkloin or chicken breast seasoned, charbroiled or breaded and panfried, then topped with thin slices of marinated strips of red bell peppers in a light butter sauce.
Also available with Medallions of Beef Tenderloin
SCHNITZEL
Tender cuts of pork which are seasoned, breaded and panfried or grilled. Also available using skinless, boneless chicken breast.
SCHNITZEL with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce
Tender cuts of porkloin or chicken breast which are seasoned, charbroiled or breaded and panfried then smothered with fresh mushrooms in a rich cream sauce.

BEEF RIBEYE
RUMPSTEAK with ONIONS or CHEESE
A tender ribeye steak charbroiled, seasoned and topped with sautéed onions or Swiss cheese.
Also available in boneless porkloin or chicken breast.
HUNTERSTEAK
Ribeye steak which is charbroiled, seasoned and topped with a light sauce prepared with bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs and spices.

OLD GERMANY STEAK
This tender ribeye steak is charbroiled, seasoned then topped with our special homemade herbal butter. Our seasoned green beans are also included with this meal.

OLD GERMANY MIXED PLATE (for two)
This entree for two features portions of four entrees from our menu: a full portion of breaded pork schnitzel and smaller portions of medallion of beef tenderloin with mushrooms in cream sauce, buttered mushrooms and Huntersauce. Red cabbage and Hungarian rice also accompany this meal.
GYPSY PLATE (for two)
This dinner for two includes two pork chops, two meat shishkabobs, cevapcici (our homemade beef sausages), Red cabbage and Hungarian rice.

Two cured and lightly smoked pork chops charbroiled. Meal also includes sauerkraut.

GERMAN SAUSAGE DINNERS
Sausage dinners include choice of potato and soup or salad as well as a side dish of sauerkraut.
CEVAPCICI PLATE
This dinner features an order of eight cevapcici (our homemade beef sausages).
BRATWURST
A charbroiled pork and veal sausage.
SMOKED BRATWURST
A pork and beef sausage which has been lightly smoked then charbroiled.
KNACKWURST
A beef and veal sausage heated in water.
WIENER WURST
A pair of beef and veal sausages heated in water.
SAUSAGE MIXED PLATES
Your choice of any two of the above sausages plus one Wiener Wurst.
SCHLACHTPLATTE
Schlachtplatte (Butcher's Platter) includes a bratwurst of your choice from above, a knackwurst and a grilled rippchen.
